A newly opened malatang specialist on the 4th floor of the Sueyoshi Building, within walking distance of Wakayama Station — opened May 2026. Choose from 50 ingredient types by weight (¥4.8/g), paired with a choice of 6 noodles and 3 soups. A free toppings station is also provided.

About Fuen Malatang
Fuen Malatang serves a medicinal-herb broth made from chicken paitan simmered daily and an original spice blend. There are three menu items (malatang, tomato malatang, and brothless malatang), and you build your own bowl from about 50 ingredients.
