A Sichuan-style malatang specialty shop in the basement of a building near Fukuyama Station. Choose from about 30 ingredients on a pay-by-weight basis, with a Japanese beef-based herbal broth. Spice levels range from mild to regular and beyond. Five noodle types available. Opened June 2025.
