A malatang specialty shop operating as a pop-up in Yonago City. Crafted by an 18-year-old chef, it opened in May 2025 as the first authentic Sichuan malatang in the San'in region. Choose from four broths: Sichuan, beauty, seafood, and indulgence, all featuring a blend of 16 herbal medicinal spices. Open Wednesdays only.
