Opened in April 2026 as Nagano Prefecture's first dedicated malatang shop, located inside Aokijima Oishii Hiroba. Mix and match from around 60 ingredients and 10 noodle types. The broth — simmered with 36 medicinal herbs, beef bone, and chicken carcass — is the centerpiece.
