Caicai Malatang is a food-court-focused new concept from major dining group Create Restaurants (launched October 2025 at CIAL Yokohama). The signature broth is a medicinal-herb soup base — pork and chicken bone white broth simmered with 12 kinds of Chinese herbs — available in three styles: spicy malatang, dan dan, and soy milk.
