Caicai Malatang is a food-court-focused new concept from major dining group Create Restaurants (launched October 2025 at CIAL Yokohama). The signature broth is a medicinal-herb soup base — pork and chicken bone white broth simmered with 12 kinds of Chinese herbs — available in three styles: spicy malatang, dan dan, and soy milk. Choose from 40+ toppings, 5 noodle options (including Korean sari noodles), and 5 spice levels from 0 to 4. All locations are inside shopping-mall food courts, making it easy to visit with family or for a solo lunch.
